In order to build your self-confidence here are a few proven strategies:

  1. Visualize Somewhere Better in the Future
  2. Speak positive affirmations to yourself every day
  3. Do one thing to build your skill every day
  4. Remove things, people, and content that hurts your confidence
  5. Fill the void with people, things, and content that build your confidence
  6. Speak your value into existence
  7. Rinse and repeat
