Here is the 1 Thing All Great Leaders Make Time For

The number one excuse I hear from leaders is, “I don’t have the time.”

While almost all of them are busy, you make time for what’s important to you. So stop telling me you don’t have the time to elevate other people if you are in a position of leadership.

Your primary job as a leader is to inspire, empower, and serve in order to elevate others. If you can’t find the time in your schedule, make it. And don’t forget the wise words George Washington Carver I learned from Dabo Swinney:
